Many of these items can get expensive. But let’s share some of the basic items that will come in handy as you prepare to Rock the Block.

Indiana weather will often determine what type of gear or clothing you need.
Spring and Fall– You could probably get by with a long sleeve shirt and running pants. You might want to keep your hat and gloves around just in case the temperature drops.
Summer– You’ll want to wear sweat-wicking, lightweight and loose clothing during the summer. Don’t forget to wear sunscreen during those long runs in the hot sun.
Winter– You’ll want to layer up with a hat, gloves, long sleeves and a lightweight running jacket or sweatshirt. If you’re running of an evening and it’s dark outside you’ll want to wear reflective gear.
